usually when im bored and cant sleep..anywhere from 2am- 6am eastern time..lol. anytime that aint that time...i probably dropped in..and left..cuz i found sumn to do. but i notice no one is hardly ever in there during those times except for on the weekends...people come home drunk or high and get in there and play around..idk. thats just been my experience thus far. lol.
